Squash PEI Awards Night April 25 2025

Last night at the PEI Brewing Company, Squash PEI held its annual Awards Night celebrating another great 2024/2025 season. Many members of the community came together to enjoy an evening with food, laughter, door prizes, and awards. The enthusiasm and attendance was very appreciated.

Thank you to our Squash PEI Board of Directors for putting on an amazing event and presenting our prestigious awards.

All winners were peer nominated, except for top players in both adult and jr. divisions that were Clublocker based. Seana apologizes the technical issues with her camera and was not able to capture everyone.

Squash PEI had such a great year.

• Squash Canada also sent us a letter congratulating us for increasing our membership by 45% since 2023!

• Our Wednesday League also increase in participation with 102 players total throughout the 2 sessions.

• Mill River increased to 88 players with registration filled within 40 minutes.

• 30 of the 129 participants at the Atlantic Regional Championships were from PEI and we dominated with a division champion in almost every division (what are the putting in the water at the Spa Total Fitness Center?).

  
  

And that's just a few highlights. And we won't stop there. More fun and fresh faces will join us in the fall when programming resumes.

We also gave out some certificates as well. Some silly and some not but everyone who received one had a smile on their face.

Again, thank you all who attended either in person or via telephone. You made yesterday evening very special.
